What is a Med Spa?

– Medical Spas, also called Medi-Spas or Med Spas, are a hybrid between the traditional relaxing day spa and the expertise found at a Doctors office. So you end with a blend of the best of two worlds. A Doctor oversees the procedures that fall under the medical realm.

How do I make an Appointment?

– To make an appointment please contact us directly at 281-984-7940.

When should I arrive?

– Please arrive at a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your reserved appointment time to help prepare for your treatment. As we are a Medical Spa, we require all new patients to fill out a brief medical history form as well as a consent form.

What if I have to cancel my appointment?

– We do require a 24 hour notice for date changes or cancellations. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a cancellation of your appointment. A $30 fee will be assessed for over the late time or under the notice for date change or cancellation.

Is Botox safe for me?

– Botox has been FDA approved since 2002. It is relatively safe while common side effects may include bruising, swelling, and headaches.

We strive to keep our website, Facebook, and Spa Menu updated accordingly, please note that prices, services, and products are subject to change at any time without notice. Special offers and discounts may not be combined. When presented with more than one discount opportunity, we will automatically give our clients the discount of the greater value at the time of the purchase.

What is your Refund Policy?

– We do not offer refunds on services rendered. Aesthetic results are quite variable fom person to person. While we do our very best to achieve the desired outcome, it cannot always be guaranteed. Clients are then responsible for further treatments needed to achieve further results.

– Products: We do not offer refunds on products purchased. Products may be returned for an in-store credit within 14 days from the date of the purchase.
